1. Order Processing
-Processing Time: All orders placed on our website, www.rareharvest.net, will be processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) PST on Fridays, or on weekends, will begin processing on the next business day.
-Weekend Orders: We do not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
2. Shipping Times
-Shipping Duration: Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow an estimated 3-7 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location within the United States. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.
-Shipping Notifications: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. This will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment until it arrives at your designated location.
3. Shipping Restrictions
-No Weekend Shipments: Please note that we do not ship products over weekends. If your order is processed on a Friday after 12:00 PM (noon) PST, it will be shipped the following Monday.
