We reserve the right to modify commission percentages, payout schedules, and minimum payout thresholds at any time, with or without prior notice. It is the responsibility of each IBO and affiliate to review these terms periodically and remain informed of any updates.
Commissions are paid out quarterly or annually, at our sole discretion. Payouts will only be issued once an IBO or affiliate has accumulated a minimum of $100 in earned commissions. Balances below this threshold will roll over into the next eligible payout period. Payment timing, frequency, and method are determined solely by us.
To remain eligible for lifetime commissions on referred customer orders, IBOs and affiliates must generate at least$900 in total sales per calendar quarter. This threshold may be met through referred customer purchases or personal orders. IBOs and affiliates who meet this requirement will continue to earn commissions on all future purchases made by their referred customers.
IBOs and affiliates who do not meet the $900 quarterly sales threshold may, at our discretion, be reassigned to the basic Brand Ambassador Affiliate Program. This alternate program offers a one-time 5% commission on each referred customer’s first order only, with no eligibility for lifetime or recurring commissions.
We reserve the right to remove any IBO or affiliate from the program at any time and at our sole discretion, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to: failure to meet performance standards, prolonged inactivity, violation of program policies, system abuse, or any action deemed harmful to the brand or its reputation.
We also reserve the right to forfeit any commissions earned by the IBO or affiliate upon removal from the program, especially in cases involving policy violations, abuse, or suspected misconduct.
IBOs and affiliates may make personal purchases using their referral links and discount codes, however self referrals for personal purchased do not include any commission.Any attempt to manipulate commissions through fake accounts, order splitting, coupon abuse, or other dishonest practices may result in commission forfeiture and removal from the program.
All IBO and affiliate activity is subject to audit and compliance review. Any suspected fraudulent activity—including but not limited to fake referrals, bot usage, misleading promotions, unauthorized advertising, or deceptive practices—will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions. We reserve the right to withhold payouts during any investigation.
By enrolling in our Affiliate Program or Independent Business Owner (IBO) Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly to remain informed of any updates. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes or updates made.
